Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.

Our products are shelf-stable and require no refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place.

Returns & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@drinkprettygutsy.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

FAQ

What are prebiotics and postbiotics?

Prebiotics are plant fibers that feed the good bacteria already living in your gut. Postbiotics are the beneficial compounds created as a by-product of fermentation.

Do you have live bacteria?

No. Our botanicals naturally contain prebiotics, and fermentation creates postbiotics. Pretty Gutsy is pasteurized, so it doesn't contain live bacteria. That's also why it's shelf-stable and doesn't need refrigeration.

Is Pretty Gutsy like kombucha?

Not exactly. Kombucha is traditionally made by fermenting black or green tea over several days, which is why it contains live bacteria and a tangy flavor.

Pretty Gutsy takes a different path. Our botanicals naturally contain prebiotics, and we ferment them to create postbiotics. The result is a sparkling soda made with real fruit juice, crisp and approachable, with the gut-loving benefits of fermentation, minus the tang and live cultures.

Does Pretty Gutsy have caffeine?

No. Unlike kombucha, which often carries some natural caffeine from its tea base, Pretty Gutsy is fully caffeine-free.

Are your ingredients organic?

We use organic juices where we can. Not all of our ingredients are certified organic.
